Shipping

 

We Ship WORLDWIDE (Except some countries in a war like Syria, Yemen). Where ever you are in the world we will get your order to you! 

 

Online orders placed will take up to 24 hrs to process before shipping from our warehouse (Excludes weekend). Estimated delivery dates depend on location and are typically scheduled to arrive 7 to 20 days after an order has shipped.

 

 

Has my order been dispatched yet?

 

Most orders are generally dispatched within 24 hrs (Excludes Sunday), sometimes longer. You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us at ldmcm888@gmail.com and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not. It always takes 2 to 4 days before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. 

 

 

My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?

 

If your product is damaged then please take photos and a video, send them to ldmcm888@gmail.com. We will arrange a new shipment in 24 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packagings. This is the carriers responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.

 

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

 

We always try our best to cancel your order, however, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.

 

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes if your order hasn't already been shipped. Once your order has been shipped we will not be able to change the order.

 

My order is still not here please help?

 

If you order has taken longer than 20 days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We will arrange a new shipment using a different courier company.

 

 

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

 

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still can not find it, please do let us know at ldmcm888@gmail.com

 

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

 

When you receive your dispatched email, it will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us at ldmcm888@gmail.com for an update on your tracking. You can use your tracking number on our site to track your order.
